Your motorhome may be the starting point, but the journey is bigger. Travel in France and across the EU brings questions, paperwork and the occasional unexpected challenge, usually in a language you do not speak.
With this service you have an experienced, French-speaking advisor to turn to, so you can focus on the adventure instead of the admin. It is open to anyone touring with a motorhome registered in France, whether or not you bought it through us.
What’s included
An advisor on call
An experienced, French-speaking advisor to turn to when something comes up. Insurance questions, garage coordination, paperwork you cannot read, a dispute that needs a French voice. You ask, we deal with it.
Beyond the motorhome
The vehicle is the starting point, not the limit. Local regulations, finding the right service or trade, and practical travel questions throughout France and the EU.
The inside track
What we are seeing across the network, sent to you as it comes in. New insurers, rule changes and practical developments that are not public knowledge and do not go out on our social channels.
Emergency contact
An out-of-hours number for the things that will not wait until Monday. A breakdown in a country where you do not speak the language, an accident, a problem at a border.
There when you need it
No schedule and nothing to keep up with. Some months you will not be in touch at all, others you will need us twice in a week. Your membership runs the same either way, and you can cancel whenever you like.
AED 425 per month (approximately €100)
