Currently registered with a société civile

A société civile allows non-residents to register a motorhome in France and tour Europe freely. As this vehicle is already set up this way, we are able to transfer the existing SC to any non-resident buyer — saving ~500 EUR in fees.

The vehicle can also be sold without the société civile for domestic French buyers or exporters.
