1. Legal Notice

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of this site constitutes binding agreement to these Terms. By making any payment, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms in full. The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site.

3. Definitions

• France Motorhome Sales: The business trading under that name by Citadela L.L.C-FZ.

• Services: Products, listings, vehicle sales support, advertising, and related offerings.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics are the property of France Motorhome Sales or are licensed to us. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted only.

5. User Representations

By using this site you warrant that: all registration information you provide is accurate and current; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; you will not use automated systems to access the site; and your use of the site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Products and Listings

Colour, feature, and specification accuracy of listed vehicles is not guaranteed. Product availability is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to modification at any time.

7. Purchases and Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer. All payments are in Euros. Sales tax will be applied as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our sole discretion.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. No refund will be issued once a transaction is completed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from: systematic data retrieval or scraping; fraud or deception; interfering with site security; uploading malware; impersonating any person or entity; using the site for any unlawful purpose; or any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site or servers.

10. User-Generated Contributions and Reviews

Any content you submit (reviews, comments, questions) must be based on first-hand experience, truthful, free from offensive or discriminatory language, and must not involve illegal activity. By submitting content you grant France Motorhome Sales an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, or remove that content.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not monitor or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

12. Sell Your Motorhome Service

Managed Sale: Commission is due upon completion of payment for the vehicle. The client handles correspondence with prospective buyers; France Motorhome Sales manages listing, enquiry routing, and registration transfer.

Website Advert: Listings run for a maximum of 12 months (extendable). The listing fee is payable regardless of whether a sale is completed. The client manages all buyer correspondence.

13. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Total liability to any user shall not exceed the amounts paid by that user to France Motorhome Sales for the specific service giving rise to the claim, regardless of the nature of the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless France Motorhome Sales and its officers from any loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt informal negotiation for a period of 180 days before pursuing arbitration. Any binding arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration, seated in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English, and governed by UAE law. Class actions are not permitted.

Disputes relating to intellectual property, theft, piracy, or injunctive relief are excluded from arbitration.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai hold non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer protection laws applicable in your home jurisdiction are not affected.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason. Prohibited users may not re-register.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the site or any part of its content at any time without notice or liability.
